Position and friendlyness
At breakfast all fine but 23 grivna for two small slices of toast is too much as everywhere you go you never pay for toast.

The location was mind-blowing, allowing me to explore the city on foot. The breakfast spread was super, offering a delicious selection. My jaw-droppingly clean and safe room had a flat-screen TV. The staff, especially Yana, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Location, staff, associated cafe,
I stayed in Room 2.3. It was a fine room with a few limitations. First, the sound proofing was not good. I could hear footfalls from tenants above, tenants coming in late at night and the music from the hotel system in my room through the front door. Second, the room was non-smoking but cigarette fumes and bathroom smells from other rooms entered my room through the bathroom ventilation.

clean rooms. central location. delicious breakfast. classy restaurant with smooth jazz music. friendly and helpful staff. fluent in english at the reception desk. one service that stood out was the fantastic and professional attitude of the reception staff.
Would be happy to recommend.

We loved the excellent location, right in the heart of the city, and close to the new mall, shops, and parks. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who spoke good English. the room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed and neat interior. the breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was fantastic, with a creative and quality menu. We also appreciated the option to eat on the covered terrace. great value for money.
Felt special, no complaints.
